1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Humboldt Chamber of Commerce website (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its original content, including all video, photography, source code, and branding elements, are the proprietary property of the Humboldt Chamber of Commerce and/or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without express prior written consent from the owners.

3. Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited actions include attempting to gain unauthorized access to Site systems or using automated data-mining tools to scrape Content.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. The Humboldt Chamber of Commerce makes no warranties regarding the constant availability or absolute accuracy of the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Chamber shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Site.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Humboldt Chamber of Commerce and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

6. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and your use of the Site, as well as any professional engagements or services provided by the Humboldt Chamber of Commerce, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You expressly agree that regardless of your physical location, state of residence, or the location where services are rendered, the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute resides in the state and federal courts located in Allen County, Kansas. You further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in these courts.
